Data you provide to us directly:
- Company information (for general communication and invoicing)
- Inventory-related or project-specific contact details (names of employees, phone numbers, email addresses)
- Information provided by your auditing/tax consulting firm when using our inventory services (company data, employee names, contact details)
Data collected via our contact form:
If you use the contact form on our website, the information you provide will be stored to respond to your inquiry. If no business relationship follows, the data will be deleted within one year.
Automatically collected data:
We do not collect any personal data automatically.
Data from third-party providers:
We currently perform our services entirely under our own responsibility and do not collect any data from third parties.
Why We Collect Your (Personal) Data
We only process your data to deliver our services efficiently and effectively, such as:
- Coordination of sample inventory procedures with you and your tax/audit advisor
- Conducting inventory tests and reporting
- Project-related correspondence
- Invoicing

We do not display personalized advertising, neither on our website nor within our askJiM® software products.
We also do not perform profiling, segmentation, or automated decision-making.
